We do not knowingly collect information of children under the age of 13. You may allow a minor under the age of eighteen (18) to download the App, but in such an event you will remain responsible for the acts or omissions of such a minor and agree to fully assume all risk on behalf of the minor.
We collect information directly from you when you provide it to us during registration and automatically when you use the App. You can change the settings for some aspects of the automatic collection, but this may affect the delivery of the Services in some cases.
When you download and register for the App we will ask you to provide your first name, last name, and email address. We will also collect your birthdate, gender, country, city/province, (as applicable), occupation, and whether the App will be used in a classroom or sporting activity setting if you provide us with this information. We collect additional information to improve our Services and to deliver better Content to users. Additional demographic information will not be linked with your account or used to target services specifically to you.

If you choose to opt in to our mailing list, we may send you, from time to time, promotional information we think will be of interest to you. You will have the opportunity to opt out of those communications at any time following the instructions in the communication or by contacting us indicating your wishes Support@thereleaseapp.com.
We use Google Analytics or similar tools to track App usage information. These tools collect IP addresses and mobile analytics about time spent on each App screen so that we can determine which content is most popular and which content is most helpful to our users. If you have registered to use the App, this clickstream data may be related to your profile to help us enhance your use of the App. The usage information we automatically collect helps us to improve our App and to deliver a better experience by enabling us to:
Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
Recognize when the App is used and which features are accessed.
Aggregated Information: We may also aggregate collected information by de-identifying personal information and combining it with other non-personally identifiable information to calculate and monitor the number and demographics of users of the App. We may use this aggregated and de-identified data to market the App and may sell or otherwise use this aggregated information.
We will not sell your information. We will only share your information, including both personally identifiable and non-identifiable/aggregated data, as follows:
To contractors, service providers, third-party processors, and other third parties we use to deliver the Services, which includes our app developer and hosting providers.

You may send us an email at Support@thereleaseapp.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We will accommodate your request within a reasonable time but depending on the request, it may mean that you will no
longer be able to use our Services and that we would have to delete your account. We may also need to retain certain information for billing purposes or as otherwise required by law. You may also delete the App. If you delete the App, we will delete your personal information but may retain certain information, in accordance with this Section and this Privacy Policy.
We follow industry recognized standards on information security management to safeguard your information. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we follow all legal requirements and do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee you that it will be secure.
For our Canadian users: we use service providers who are located outside of Canada and your personal information will be processed in foreign jurisdictions, including the United States. While we bind our service providers to offer an acceptable level of data security and otherwise process your information in accordance with Canadian law, your data will be subject to the laws of those foreign jurisdictions. These laws may be less protective of data privacy and your data may be subject to access by foreign law enforcement agencies, which is outside of our control.
For our users in the United States: the App and the Content are provided by Present Moment Living Inc. and its service providers, which are based in Canada. The personal information which you may provide upon registering will be used in connection with your use of the Content and will be transferred to and maintained in our records in Canada. If you do not consent to this transfer, do not download the App.
We maintain full rights to any information collected on the App. Company may freely collect, use and disclose such information unless expressly prohibited by this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use, or applicable law.
The App’s content may link to, or be linked to, other websites, content or applications not maintained by or related to Company. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of any third parties or third-party websites, including any linked or linking websites. These policies may differ from ours in their treatment of your information. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of such websites before disclosing your personal information to them.
Because the App does not use or implement cookie technology and is not browser-based, we do not currently honor “do not track” requests.
We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will alert you to those changes.
